WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently. You'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, manage parts inventory, and support warehouse operations to minimize downtime and keep production moving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate major repairs with outside vendors when needed.
- Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation.
- Ensure equipment meets company safety and operational standards.
- Assist with general facility maintenance and housekeeping.
Warehouse & Inventory
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged materials.
- Assist with ordering replacement parts and maintaining stock levels.
Safety & Operations
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support daily production by responding quickly to equipment needs.
