As a Traceability Program Specialist at Arc'teryx, you’ll play a key role in implementing and maintaining our traceability program, which supports transparency and compliance across our global supply chain. Joining during the rollout of a new platform, you’ll help shape foundational business processes, onboard suppliers, and drive engagement within the system. This is an opportunity to build structures from the ground up, influence cross-functional adoption, and develop insights that drive supply chain transparency and compliance.

The Compliance team leads initiatives to ensure our supply chain meets evolving regulatory standards. Within this team, the traceability function is building a program that supports compliance, sustainability and sourcing objectives. During the implementation phase, we work closely with our Technology and Sourcing partners to align systems and processes for long-term success.
